DELIVERY
Please be aware gifts are handmade to order and can take 1-3 working days to be created before being dispatched.
Bouquets are delivered using Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY courier service. Postage is calculated by the Postal Service according to weight and size of packages. ( eg A medium bouquet: add £5 Standard or £8.50-11.00 First Class to price for postage). Currently I am offering FREE DELIVERY.
For multiple orders I will try and combine bouquets to reduce postage costs if possible.
Please ensure someone is at home to receive courier service delivery.
If you miss a delivery, a card will be left for you to make arrangements for re-delivery.
Royal mail will hold items for one week before returning them to us.
If items are returned to us and you still require them, postage will be payable by you before re-despatch.
Once your order is despatched I am no longer liable for late arrival, damage, loss or other mishaps. However as a service of goodwill if your order is damaged at delivery please keep the bouquet(s), contact me within 24 hours of receipt with photographic information. Together we will work to resolve the issue. You may be required to return the damage item(s).
