FAQ If I use Next day delivery will my order be dispatched the same day? If all items are in stock it may be possible. More likely your order will be ready for dispatched in 1-3 working days, but will be sent by next day delivery signed-for post.
How long do the bouquet last? Chocolates are NOT pieced so will last the manufacturers recommended Best Before Date which is at least 6 months from purchase. The silk flowers with care, indefinitely.
Can the bouquets be gift wrapped? Bouquets are designed ready to be presented as per photograph. If however you would like them gift wrapped, leave your request at shop checkout. These will be inside parcel packaging.
Can I choose the combination of chocolates and sweets in my bouquet? Yes. Contact me directly to discuss your requirements and get a quote via my contact page or shop's "message to seller" link.
Can you create bouquets to match my colour scheme? I will work with you to ensure your bouquet(s) compliments your colour scheme and theme on request. Contact me with your details.
What happens to my personal information? Your information is only used to process your order. Part of the software tracks shop pages to discover which item(s) are most popular, so we can update and improve our services.
Are your bouquets suitable for children? Due to the pointed skewers used in our bouquets we advise that they are not given to pre-school children and only under adult supervision to pre-teens.
Do you provide bouquets for those with special dietary requirements? I'm not a qualified nutritionists and therefore cannot guarantee the suitability of edible items for those with special dietary needs. I will be willing to create a sugar-free bouquet using items commercially available and labelled as such.

WEBSITE All contents are subject to the usual copyright laws afforded to LoveChocolateBouquets! creator and owner, including all written and photographic material, (unless stated otherwise).
ORDER LoveChocolateBouquets! reserves the right to substitute products for others of equal value and quality subject to availability.
If you cannot find what you have in mind, simply complete the contact form, with details of your request. I will respond as soon as I can to discuss options with you.
If you make a bespoke order, a minimum 50% deposit will be required.
I will email you a photo of your completed gift prior to despatch and confirm your delivery option.
If you are happy I will then create a custom-made listing in the shop for you to purchase.
Use LoveChocolateBouquets! secure online account to pay with your credit/debit card, your Paypal account, BACS or direct transfers.
Full payment must be received before your order can be created and dispatched.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payments.
Prices are inclusive of V.A.T but does not included delivery charges. Prices are liable to change at anytime.
If an item is displayed with a wrong lower price by mistake, your order will either be rejected and you informed of the reason OR you will be informed of the correct higher price and your instructions sought before processing the order.
POSTAGE Items are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery next day services. See individual listing for postage costs. ORDERS WILL NORMALLY BE DESPATCHED MON-FRI.
Multiple-orders: If your order includes more than one item to be sent to the same address, where possible your order will be packaged together, as a more economical postage option.
Proof of postage will be retained for each despatch.
Please be aware gifts are handmade to order and can take a minimum of 1-3 working days to be created before being dispatched. This time might be extended during busy periods.
Please ensure someone is at home to receive courier service delivery.
If you miss a delivery, a card will be left for you to make arrangements for re-delivery. Royal mail will hold items for one week before returning them to us.
If items are returned to us and you still require them, postage will be payable by you before re-despatch.
CANCELLATIONS Five working days notice prior to the despatch date is required. If you need to cancel an order for any reason email me using the form on the Contact Page.
Edible and perishable items are non-returnable. LoveChocolateBouquets! therefore will not be able accept returned goods or offer a refund unless goods are delivered damaged.
Please take care to order the correct product. However mistakes do happen. If you realise you have selected the wrong item, contact me immediately and I will do my best to try and rectify the situation.
Unfortunately if the bouquet has already been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Once items are in the postal system LoveChocolateBouquets! is not responsible for damaged, delayed or missing items, as this is beyond our control.
However if damaged items are reported within 24 hours of receipt (with photographic confirmation) we will contact the courier and investigate the matter.
The damaged item(s) must be returned within 5 working days (at your cost).
As a resolution you will be offered a replacement, vouchers or refund.
Each individual case will be resolved appropriately.
